Our Medical Staff

The Clinic operates under the oversight of a Medical Director, and is staffed with an Executive Director, and volunteer clinicians, which include physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and nurses as well as administrative and clerical volunteers. All serve together to help meet a critical and otherwise unaddressed need in our community.

Our Medical Staff

J. Cullen Hardy, MD, Medical Director

Dr. Hardy is Medical Director of the Living Water Community Clinic. Dr. Hardy is a cardiovascular medicine physician at UVA Health System. His expertise includes arrhythmias, hardening of the arteries (atherosclerosis), coronary artery disease, heart attacks, high blood pressure (hypertension), high cholesterol, and high triglycerides (hyperlipidemia). Dr. Hardy graduated from Tulane University, and completed his residency at University of Virginia. He completed his fellowship in cardiology at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Dr. Hardy is dedicated to giving back to his community and volunteers as provider at Clinics.

James P. Corsones, MD

Dr. Corsones is board certified in internal medicine. He recently retired after a 38 year career in the Hudson Valley region of New York State. He moved with his wife of 47 years to Lake of the Woods to be closer to his two children and five grandchildren. He spent the first 28 years in private practice and then the last ten years as a hospitalist for Health Alliance of the Hudson Valley, an affiliate of Westchester Medical Center. He graduated from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY and did his internal medicine training at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. He is looking forward to working with the dedicated volunteers and staff at the clinic and promoting better health for the community.

Jeff Singley, MDJeff Singley, MD

Jeff Singley is a Family Physician who lived in New Jersey and Pennsylvania before moving to Fairfax, Virginia, where he spent most of his childhood. He attended the College of William and Mary before entering medical school at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine (formerly the Medical College of Virginia). After completing medical school, he joined the United States Navy and served over 22 years, deploying in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and serving 2 tours in Okinawa, Japan. As a Family Physician and Navy Flight Surgeon, Jeff has held various leadership positions in military health clinics and in USMC aviation units. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine and enjoys tennis, golf, and rooting for Philadelphia professional sports teams. He and his wife have three children, ages 20, 17, and 13. They live in Fredericksburg and attend New City Fellowship church.

Nathaniel Asher Arnatt, NP-C

Nathaniel Arnatt is a licensed and board-certified family nurse practitioner and the owner of Simply Sweet Health. Growing up in Spotsylvania, he attended Spotsylvania Middle School and Fredericksburg Academy before earning his bachelor’s degree from Hampden-Sydney College in 2005.

In 2008 he answered a calling to become a registered nurse and graduated with honors from Germanna Community College in 2010. Nathaniel graduated among the top of his class from The George Washington University in 2017 and began working for The University of Virginia.

As a family nurse practitioner, Nathaniel has gained experience in family medicine, internal medicine, nursing home, emergency medicine, and urgent care. He is a proud husband and father.

Elizabeth A. Sullivan, FNP, MSN, RNC

Elizabeth Sullivan practices at UVA Primary Care in Locust Grove.  She graduated from St. Francis Hospital School of Nursing in 1976 and from St. Joseph’s College in 1995 with a BSN and in 2000 with an MSN Family Nurse Practitioner. Since coming to the Locust Grove Campus, she is well loved and respected by her patients and the surrounding counties.  Mrs. Sullivan is very involved in this community in which she lives and serves.  She is a great inspiration and it is a great blessing to Living Water Community Clinic to have Elizabeth Sullivan caring for our patients.

Margo C. Bragg, PA-C

Margo works at Rapidan Medical Center in Locust Grove. She received her Bachelor of Health Science degree and certification as a physician assistant from James Madison University in 2003. She has spent her entire physician assistant career in primary and urgent care setting.

She married her high school sweetheart and has one son. She enjoys spending time with family, reading and running.

Mike Evans, PA-CMike Evans, PA-C

Dr. Michael D. (Mike) Evans, PA-C serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors, as well as being a provider at the Clinic. He holds a Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) degree from the University of Lynchburg, Master of Arts (MA) in Theology from the Graduate School at Christendom College, a Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from the University of Nebraska, and Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees from George Washington University and the University of Nebraska. His practice areas are Family, Occupational and Sports Medicine, with an extensive background in combat trauma management, having deployed with Marine Corps and Naval Special Warfare units to Iraq and Afghanistan five times in the recent conflicts. Mike is Candidate for Holy Orders to the Roman Catholic Permanent Diaconate, and God willing, will be ordained in January 2028. He is married to Dr. Katherine Howe Evans and they have five children and five grandchildren.

Ruthanne W. Morrow, MSN, FNP

Ruthanne (Ruthie) practices at the Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center Emergency Department, and Rapidan Medical Center. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Liberty University. Ruthie practiced as a Nurse Corps Officer in the U.S. Navy for five years before pursuing her MSN Family Nurse Practitioner from The George Washington University.

Ruthie has worked extensively with Veterans, including combat deployment as a trauma nurse to Kandahar, Afghanistan. Ruthie is married, and has two young sons. She is involved in her Church, enjoys small group Bible studies in her home, and giving back to the community.

John Sellers, DDSJohn Sellers, DDS

Dr. Sellers serves as the Living Water Community Dental Clinic Director. Dr. Sellers completed dentistry school at Medical College of Virginia (now Virginia Commonwealth University). He practiced over 40 years in his own practice in Fairfax, Virginia. After retiring in 2017, Dr. Sellers settled in Lake of the Woods with his wife Diane. Dr. Sellers and Diane have four children, 10 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

Thomas Reynolds, MD

Dr. Thomas Reynolds served as Medical Director for Living Water Community Clinic since May 28, 2016. Dr. Reynolds recently turned over the reigns to Dr. Cullen Hardy. THANK YOU DR. REYNOLDS FOR YOUR COMMITMENT AND DEDICATION TO TAKING CARE OF THOSE IN OUR COMMUNITIES IN NEED..

Dr. Reynolds, a 34-year family medicine provider with UVA Primary Care Culpeper Family Practice, and former chief medical officer for Novant Health UVA Health System Culpeper Medical Center brings years of experience to the role of Medical Director.

One of our patients needed surgery because he did not have insurance. He came to us, and after working with him to get his blood pressure under control, we worked with our partners and he was able to have his surgery, and is doing well and back to work. He said “I could not have gotten this surgery without the help and care of this Clinic. All of the staff at the Clinic are caring and I’m so happy I came here. Thank you, thank you, thank you.”
